Duties and tasks will include:

Manage and nurture client relationships, including the expansion of existing accounts.
Devise strategies for new client relationships and maintaining current clients.
Manage client orders efficiently and effectively throughout the sales process from beginning to end.
Represent company in client meetings, walk-throughs and project completion.
Provide follow up care and problem solving as needed.
Liaise with CEO’s and Directors so must be professonal at all times
Understand the production and logistics processes to aid in the management of client’s expectations.
Consistently seek to support the wider team with client needs by developing and delivering solutions to maintain the highest level of client experience..
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:

3-4 years in an account manager job role, possibly in furniture and/or interiors.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and a quick thinker.
Highly organised, perceptive and motivated person.
Energetic and proactive individual.
Experience in developing strong internal and external networks.
Strong aesthetic and presentation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. Parking is available
